soon they will be ready to go to new homes, which i am not looking foward to. i will miss them dearly. other than that, i'm now working at blockbuster and officially have a job as a teacher's assistant at the new classical academy for the coming school year. not mention a job as a camp counselor at the new classical summer camp. it feels as though my year off has officially begun. it feels nice. i love summer time because it enables me to forget what the date is, or even the day of the week. it's a good feeling.

easy livin'
Summer is here! i have left UNCC for ever, praise the little baby jesus. i rescued three little baby kittens when i left, who have now reached a very healthy size and are running around all over the place. i bottle fed them kitten formula. they are awesome.

word up.
so i successfully made it through the entire month of april without posting a new blog. i knew it would be hard but i managed. thank goodness it's over. i could tell while sitting at the guacamole house (not the avacado hut) that my siblings were not managing so well with my lack of blogs, so i'm doing this for them.
my stupid expeience at this silly school is almost over (thank goodness!) and all that's left are a few exams, which never really stressed me out anyways. i finish with those on the ninth and then i have till 12pm on the 11th to get the heck out of this dorm room with all my belongings. then i do my training for blockbuster on the 12th. i'm super excited about those 5 free rentals a week.... then eventually i start working at the new classical summer camp. fun. then i try to find an apartment with mikey. fun. and then in august i'm pretty sure i have a job at the new classical academy. woohoo. fun.
other than all that, i'm enjoying the insanely hot first days of summer and the parades of baby geese walking around campus. they look like fluffy yellow cuties. word up.

ouchie.
i just got home from the beach with emily and josh. we stayed at the big pink hotel at the end of folly beach (if you've been to folly beach, i'm sure you know the pink hotel). we stayed for two nights. we were going to try and brave the cold and wind and go for a quick dip in the ocean but after our feet discovered that the water was many times colder than we imagined, we decided just to stick with the (somewhat) heated pool. 
as long as we kept our bodies mostly underwater where the wind couldn't get to us, we were fine. the begining of march is definitely too early to be having spring break. what were they thinking? today we drove home, sad that it was over, but not without battle wounds. last night i heated up a hot pocket and when i took a bite the cheese popped out onto my cheek and it was hot. when i wiped the cheese off, i wiped some of my skin off too because it had already made a blister.
i burned myself, with a freaking hot pocket. who does that? so now i have a sore on my face which looks like a major acne, but it's a burn, i promise. that shit hurt.
p.s. that first picture is emily and me on the balcony in front of the ocean, but you can't see it. go figure.

the progress of my spring break.
not much going on really. i've taken the family dog zephyr to the dog park a few times. she likes it i guess but then sometimes there are too many dogs or something and she won't leave my side where she procedes to cover my entire outfit in a thick layer of slobber. the dog park is fun. the dogs run around and fight and sniff and poo and play and it's entertaining. some people's dogs are weird. one dog, immediately after being let off it's leash ran directly to me and jumped into my lap. i have a perfect set of mud pawprints on me. i've been enjoying lookking at other people's dogs because i'm planning on getting one at the end or or during this summer. here's a dog that i'm in love with that i found on petfinder.com. he's not my dog but i wish he was...i also have had a visit with True and Betsy and Orion. they're awesome. it was a fun trip. orion has four teeth grown in two on the bottom and two on the top. the top one's are not the two front ones though, they're the two surrounding those. they look like fangs. they're funny. here's a picture of him, but you can't see his fangs.
anyways, i don't know what i'm doing tomorrow. maybe not much. i'm going back to charleston for wednesday and thursday night in a hotel. that'll be fun i suppose...

creations
so, i'm sitting here in anthropology, blogging, making a zoom cloud. you can see my new cloud in all its glory to the right over there. it was pretty easy i guess but i told it to make the words in my cloud four different colors. i said, "make them green, blue, red, and purple," and it said, "i'll make the blue, green, and purple, but no red for you." so anyways, i'm mad 'cause i wanted some red words too, you know? if you can help me out in anyway, leave me a comment please!
